Registration – terms and conditions:
Once the organisers have approved registration, official visitors are entitled to enter the Marketplace area and the International Meeting, provided the relevant applications to attend have been submitted, and to attend presentations, the showcase and other performances, subject to availability. Official visitors are also entitled to purchase lunch vouchers at the specially reduced prices offered by the Fair.
- Programmers must inform the organisers of the Fair in advance if they do not intend to attend on any of the days indicated in the application form.
- Registration is not transferable.
- Official visitors who are not guests of the Fair may nevertheless take advantage of the Fair's travel agency at the same rates negotiated by the Fair.

La organización de la Feria Internacional de Teatro y Danza y RENFE han llegado a un acuerdo por el que las personas que vengan a la Feria en tren tendrán una reducción del 30% de la tarifa. Los usuarios del documento deben imprimirlo en color preferiblemente y rellenarlo con su nombre. Una vez rellenado hay que ir con él a cualquier punto de venta de billetes de tren. También deben llevar el documento al subir al tren ya que se lo pueden solicitar.
