Important notice
The number of official visitors (from both Spain and abroad) to this year's Fair who are offered accomodation in hotels will be determined by the funds available for that purpose, and those visitors attending for the greatest number of days and those who register earliest will be given preference. Once all the available accomodation has been allocated, official visitors will be offered alternative benefits (e.g. meals, free passes to shows, Fair literature) and accomodation costs will be met by the relevant programmer, institution or body.

Inscription terms
 Inscription conditions
- Programmers invited to attend as official visitors must pay a registration fee of 50 Euros, payable by bank transfer before the Fair commences, once the organisers have approved registration. Registration entitles official visitors to enter the Marketplace area and the International Meeting, provided the relevant applications to attend have been submitted, and to attend presentations, the showcase and other performances.
- The FAIR will meet programmers' accommodation, breakfast and lunch expenses. Accommodation consists of rooms with twin beds. Those who prefer a single room must pay the difference to the Fair's agency (by bank transfer before the Fair commences). This option is subject to availability.
- Each organisation will be offered accommodation, breakfast and lunch for one person. Accompanying persons who do not have an official invitation will be offered free passes to the shows (where there is sufficient space). All other costs will be met by the accompanying persons.
- Programmers must inform the organisers of the Fair in advance if they do not intend to attend on any of the days indicated in the application form.
- Priority will be given to programmers who attend the Fair from the very first day.
